How Do You Make People Lose Their Humanity When They're Back in Prison?
"I think about this just being another reason why a lot of people end up back in prison and then they're back in the same cycles is because you're not even teaching," says New Yorker. "You're actually just taking more of what makes somebody human away while they're in prison, making it easier to maybe even engage in certain types of behaviors that will land you back in in custody like it's just a vicious cycle of um of inhumanity."
