Roxanne Jones: Bruce Hoyer said the first thing he had to do was prepare and create a ton of content for people. If you're doing a traditional classroom model, you know, if you're a relatively competent black belt, you can kind of just go in and prognosticate from the podium. But I'd love to know, what is the reason why with a reverse classroom model,. you have to have all of that stuff prepared? At least to me, it's because I want to be able to give people individual, like everyone's got a different style that they should work," she says.
