The clinic has been working for many years with a group of street vendors or sidewalk vendors from the neighborhood of Little Village in Chicago. They said, you don't know the half of it, and that's when we got to work. A couple years ago, finally, we did pass a law that created a license so that a vendor can get a license to sell food That's been prepared in a kitchen and packaged and is kept hot or cold on the cart.
