Most of us have been steeped in a bottom up way of working, and weve recognized that tops down planning is actually really, really, really difficult to go do to get right. So i think where we're shifting back from bottoms up agile to a more mid tier everything. And the broad band of jority decisions are made in the middle. We'll never, i don't think we'll ever go back to topsdown because i think people recognize how bad that is.
