A Paranoid Encounter

In this chapter, a woman named Miss Don is paranoid and fearful of someone outside. She is hesitant to let anyone in, including a man named Mr. Fabian who is delivering groceries to her. She insists on following a strict regimen to stay safe, but Mr. Fabian expresses concern for her well-being and offers to come inside and talk.
