What Are Some of the Inherent Characteristics of an Officer?
For case affcers, i believe it's an ability to deal well with ambiguity. To be able to think through what's going on in a logical manner under the most amazing amounts of pressure. Officers send to have huge egos. They do. But then you have to subdue yourself to not being the centre of attention,. Not high lighting how great i am and how wonderful i am. That's not an easy combination of personality traits when you take it. All you get is basically well done, and maybe some of the respect of those peers who can know t because it's compartmented sins.
