Why Do We Spend So Much Money Overseas?
All of these programs, all of them, are harmful to the American worker and the American family. Why? Because they create deflationary pressure on wages. If someone is willing to come from another country and work for less, then that has an effect on all wages. It's a numbers game. And if you wonder why real wages stay low in this country...it's because you're importing foreign workers who are working on the cheap for pennies on the dollar in some cases.
