Aquinas's Suma Theologies
St. Thomas of Aquinas is considered the universal doctor of the church. He dedicated himself rigorously to teaching and study in order to achieve his goals. His work has been called "the suma theologie," which means kind of the sum of theology. The motto that the Dominican order still uses today comes from St. Thomas' writings.
