What's the Difference Between Average and the Environment?
The systems created just assume that average is close enough for most people. And what i can show you, like in our own research, it actually doesn't fit anybody. And so we're just wasting talent. We're convincing so many people that it's them. I like, i internalized a bad system as im stupid,. Like, i don't have a lot to offer, like, i'm not good at this. Now, everyonthinks i'm really smart. It is, it is about the right fit between our individuality and the environment. And it is amazing what happens when you get that fit right.
