The Semantics of Genetic Engineering

We'll also talk about Jordan and my experiences using GMOs GMO yeast and maybe we have a Christmas list of some things that we would like to see uh for GMO yeasts in the future. The whole debate about whether or not to use GMO or g ingredients or whether they should be regulated is for people way above my pay grade but I am certainly enjoying seeing the diversity of products that are on the us brewing market because of genetic engineering.
