Do You Have a Champion Behind the Deal?
Every deal needs a champion, and they need to come from within the business units. I like that i have people who are are passionate about a ill. They're going to operate it and they really want it. And that, i think, gives it the highest chance for success. There's no magic bullet here. Some folks fall inlove with the technology and wanto do the deal. Others are mchmore financial, cotran, hey, fal luff.
