How to Manage a Call Credit Spread Trade

The market had been trading in a range. And one of the metrics that I like to look at on a daily basis is the call and put wall from spotgamma.com. The idea was, I'm going to sell a call credit spread to get a decent credit up somewhere in that area. With the idea that if the market did rally up, it should act as resistance.
