Sometimes people ask for advice, but what they really want is affirmation. How would you recommend responding if we suspect they're seeking affirmation instead of honest advice? Just get them to do the work, co-create a solution to that, because if you're trying to be tricksy behind the scenes, kind of Wizard of Oz style going, I think they want there so how do I do that in a way that they won't even know that I'm doing it?"
