The Importance of Polygamy in Marriage
From the very beginning here, 1638, there is a bond that is one of the effects of sacrament of matrimony. There is a bond between the spouses, which by its very nature is perpetual and exclusive. Polygmy is contrary to conjugal love, which is undivided and exclusive. So it starts out by talking about, yes, it is perpetual andexclusive and it ends by saying it is undivides and exclusive for all of us.
