There was this impression that this surveillance state was just very all knowing and minority report. But what we discovered is actually there's a very huge propaganda aspect to the surveillance state. The more we dug into it, the more we found that there were black spots because cameras that needed to be maintained often were not maintained well. It really is the idea of a modern day panopticon.
