Diversity is a tricky term, because it's got so many different meanings. We should be encouraging as much as possible of the really common things first and foremost - we know what they are. And then you can start to go for the the rarer thing. So i think ar we should be thinking about by adversity first, as being about common things that we can all attract. But then there's a whole range of other things coming behind that maybe not so visible,. Things are very specialist, often, and you have to do very special things for them.
