How to Get Your Customer to Say Yes to an Interview

When I was teaching this, I would give them somewhat of a script and some guidance. And they would then go off into the real world and they were supposed to apply this. The first bottleneck that I knew that they had was that they needed to be able to ask people to join them for an interview in a way that got people to actually say yes. It's like, if you don't know what you're going to do with the information, it's harder to lead the interview on your own.
