The number one mistake you see an early stage company make is making trade offs. Ranges are the way, again, to go that. You will probably accidentally discriminate against parents in particular or individuals who might have more financial concerns at home. I think there might be a world where we do go a bit more individual and specific. But i also think, from a program side, what a mess it must be to have to pay attention to all every single individual persons situations.
