Real Estate Investors - I'm a Big Shot in the Small Town
I bought these properties side on scene I should mention that it was so good on a spreadsheet I was like yeah let's buy these and all of a sudden I was getting all this special treatment and selling it to someone else an investor comes in when we talked about a 1031 exchange basically what that is. Now the loan products are single family portfolios are now a more commonplace investment strategy. All three times I made a million dollar profit on property it was all because of rapid appreciation. If you have all your eggs in one basket it's like riding one stock you hope that one stock takes off but if I spread out my stocks across 10 one of them could take off and make up for nine losses
