The Importance of Consensus in Leadership

In hunter groups there's rarely a big man chief figure in these groups like leadership is, you know, made by consensus. There's usually a group of leaders that sometimes refer to as the cousins, even though they're not literal cousins. So also we can kill anybody gets too big for their britches for a hundred others. Like I do think that the reason we have such unhappiness in the West these days,. so much anxiety, so much self harm and suicide and so on is because the status gains we apply just massive man massive. They're huge.
