i want to hear more about what it's going to take to expand the model. There aren't a lot of city blocks there ther most organizations don't take that change and do what you're doing. We need many things to happen all at once, im ideally in a very well coordinated way,. But i do believe that payment reform and payment changes are a big part of that puzzle. That is actually the crux of what unlocks the value that we see in terms of reduced hospitlizations and reduce medical spend for these populations.
