How to Get Buy-in for a Design System

I think I would look at inefficiencies in your existing service offering or seeing opportunities to do things more efficiently. And then presenting that almost as a business case and say, hey, look, we have two different service offerings over here. We are doing things differently. Maybe if we look at the things that overlap, we could increase the quality in, in, during fast and during cheaper. Would that be a viable strategy? Yes,. but there's a nuance of that because, and I love the way that you described it. So definitely buy-in is one of the sticking points of a design system.
