The Different Motivations for Selling at a Discount

A lot of hotel loans are based on the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate. Some other folks just sell because they're larger institutional funds. So, I mean, there's a lot of different motivations for selling at a discount. But we were just able to get a really good deal at an auction and you just never know what happens with auctions. Sometimes I have to stop bidding because it went too high. And that was a tie. Oh my gosh. Oh, you know, like at the beginning of last year, I think. It depends on what kind of financing but oftentimes that's what commercial real estate rates are.
