There's no, that we've just generally accepted that this is the diagnosis. We're starting to find out now that some of these people that go into surgery have like a lot of mental comorbidities. And so my concern is that we were growing so fast that that's going to get left behind to some degree. The diagnostic accuracy is decent on some of those things, but it's interesting because if you look at like how does a cam develop and like Agricola, Rinci has done a lot of really good work on this.
