Can Hazel Watch Directories?

In corporate America, not everything on your computer is yours and they use a system that enforces certain constraints. So if I go to preferences on my work computer in Safari, I can't change what happens in a new page or a new tab. It's stuck on the corporate homepage. My solution to this was do a Hazel like thing, which is to use the latest and greatest FS events API where you can efficiently watch for changes to a directory on Mac OS. And when anything happens in that directory, your script will be notified.
