Blue light essentially tells your brain to stay awake, and so one way to offset that is to not be on devices into the evening. The single biggest thing that's boosted my rem and slow wave sleep on woop is wearing blue light blocking glasses. If you spend like seven hours in bed, you're not actually getting seven hours of sleep, right?
