Climate Leviathan or Behemoth?

Behemoth is the fashest state solution to climate change. Its only children will be endless resource wars. Climate leviathan offers a very plausible set of predictions for the different paths that are most likely. In their book, wainwright and man enlist the least likely, but best case scenario as something they call climate x. This would be a dcentralized, ground up adaptation to the realities of climate change. We can invision the state taking charge an instituting radical change much more easily than we can imagine reds of millions of people making the decision to alter their lives for the betterment of billions of strangers.
