How I Decided to Do Infill Development
I saw that a lot of people were building 200 unit projects and other people were buying duplexes, but there was all of these sites around Minneapolis and other cities like that that could fit 50 units or 70 units. It just intuitively made sense to me. I can't go out into a far out city, buy some cornfields and envision how that's going to work. The city is in urban cities is the best place for those types of projects.
