The full focus planner has a layout in the front where you can draw out your ideal week. The next thing i wanted to mention is a little bit of a concrete thing to try, but if you have not practised meditation in the past and you're going through something really difficult, it can be a nice time to give it a try. I knowa it can feel like the hardest time to want to do that. But looking at your habits and your calendar and your time with the lens of, how can i care for myself a little more gently during this ime, can be really, really helpful.
