The Hitman Cometh

A lot of the money that the US is sending to Ukraine, some of it is going through the World Bank. When you go through theWorld Bank, you are covered by certain immunities and those documents can be kept secret. If the money goes directly from the US, then a lot of those documents could besubject to Foya or argued that they're subject to Foya. So when I first saw this, I sent it to the team and I said the hitman cometh. And so they're still up to the same tricks.
