Is the Intent for People to Use Them?

Some pastors of larger churches assume that their gift is in communication. They may think that when you see somebody preaching at a big convention or the TV that that guy wrote that. But there are also many churches out there where with no intention to steal somebody else material or deceive, though they may be doing both.
