Is There a Media Accessibility and Literacy?

I like having the cheeky sort of like, you know, subs before dubs like jabs. It's really wonderful that people can experience films in whatever way most times that makes it the most effective for them. And again, my son would not have watched Miyazaki's No Score of the Wind had it not been for a dubbed version. I think it was amazing.
