Is There a Population Decline in Insects?

Many scientists do believe that insect populations are declining, but Alex's windshield is not really the best gauge. The reality of the insect situation isn't so easy to sum up in a quick blurb. Freshwater insects are doing better because of clean water legislation and regulations. What no one except one guy thinks is that there's a globalist plot to kill all the bugs.
