The Fed Shouldn't Rake His Inflation Target
The Fed has plenty of ammunition to cut rates in an environment where their inflation target is still 2%. The idea that the zero lower bound could be this huge risk and there's a big constraint on monetary policy. I think we don't know the answer to that. I'm hopeful that Chair Powell will carry the day.
