When you know this industry, you have to be very careful. As much as i know, i find it very difficult to eat sometimes, because i know what happens in there. In america,. we had no local halla places at all. No certified, uncertified, nothing. Not even a un certified hala place. So one does need to be careful. If you look at the kosha community, their meats are even more expensive. They're much more expensive tere well certified, strong systems that they have as well.
