If you're a corporation, you ought to make an annual filing. If you're an l c, you don't file anything. And so even within the states, there's a different rule with corporations and o ses. You can't play off mom and dad with the state. It's not goig to work. Now we wantd to make sure clients know that, oh, if i'm in hawaii, i might have a gross saleor gross receipts tax. All these states have taxes that apply to enmities, and you want to know what those are. So note your calendar and be done with it.
