What Are the Attributes of High Prestige Jobs?
In a new study, researchers looked at the relationship between job prestige and physical ability. They found that critical thinking was most strongly associated with high-prestige jobs. Physical ability is more negatively linked to low-Prestigioly jobs like flight attendants or surgeons. The data came from a government database in which people rated how important these characteristics were.
