"I realized I had so much trauma around secondary school and not knowing that you know you've got ADHD," she says. "There were really heartbreaking bits from school where you're talking about like masking how you felt." The book has been incredible realising how rife it is, writes the writer. She thinks it's just as common as being left handed or short-sighted.
