Elephant Park in Birmingham
It looks like a 2020s design or maybe even late 2010s design being proposed for 20 years later in Birmingham. The architecture, the architectural nods, it's all very UK. But Elephant Park is kind of coming to the end of its phases now. This has been completed in 2030. It doesn't look like a city centre calibre project. I'm surprised to not kind of showcasing that more. There are some really good members of the project team here. Let's see how it pans out.
