I think that also, you know, that's where I felt stuck. There wasn't enough trust in my abilities there. So it was really hard because there was no one higher up in marketing or public relations position in the company at Workforce since we're so small. And there were a couple people who totally believed in what I could do, but they were not high enough to give me the okay to do what I knew I could do.

One of the big things that we talk and teach about is strengths. Specifically, we help people identify their Signature Strengths.

There are a lot of people that seem to minimize the importance of identifying and understanding their strengths, but it really is one of the most important pieces to find or create your ideal career.
