The Colosseum
The best seat in the house was of course reserved for the Emperor. He had a royal box where everyone could see him and he sat on a huge two-seater sofa called a bicellium. Although he would have struggled to take a nap with all that noise because the Colosseum could hold 50,000 people. And that's around the same number of people that can fit into Liverpool's Anfield Stadium today.
