How to Build a Book Marketing Plan

When constructing a book, you build the marketing plan for the book. And I'm a believer that just like building a dream house, you don't go hire a general contractor and then come back in six months and expect that there's going to be anything there. You first work with an architect to carefully create, collaborate and build blueprints that you then take to your contractor.
