"I probably could have gone for a run like 10 15 times over anyway this week it's been on my mind whenever anything is really kind of on my mind and it keeps popping in," he says. "One of the things that can get in the way of us actually getting on and doing something that we want or need to do is convincing ourselves that we don't have the things that we need to do." He also reveals how he found his old running bottoms after buying new ones as an excuse not to go out for a run.
