My hypothesis, which i don't think i've tried to prove, and i'm not sure how one would prove it. But my hypothesis is, if you, if you take a little ment to notice your emotional reaction,If you get in the habit of noticing your emotional reaction, you will be more likely to evaluate on a rational basis. You'll be able to set the emotion, at least to some extent.
