Is the Byden Administration's Strategy of Communicating Intelligence a Learned Response?
The west has been a leader in the western response leading up to the invasion. Do you think that strategy of communicating intelligence is a type of learned response to russian disinformation from 20 16? I don't know if you're familiar, but there's a lab um in the netherlands by a john rusenbek has been doing this kind of work on what they called pre bunking. And i think like pre bunking is having a moment right now, because, on the mackerel level, that's kind of exactly what the byden administration tried to do.
