The Struggles of a Nurse's Union

One of the things that caused us to actually meet by coincidence was one of my co-workers, Toral Dordal who's a Norwegian nurse. She contacted labor notes and you know realizing something was wrong in our union she started talking with specifically Sarah Hughes at labor notes. We were able to connect with John in Chicago and it was amazing that what we discovered is that our problems here in California were mimicking what they've experienced in Chicago. Through Sarah finding out from other diverse communities of nurses in Texas Florida North Carolina New York and Minnesota the third same things are happening there under our same union.
