How to Speak Whoop-Dee-Doo

We say whoop-dee-doo, which means I don't care. We often use it sarcastically when someone tells you maybe that they got a new car or something fancy. It also literally means like, yay. So yeah, I would say I usually use that sarcastically. If somebody says yeah, like anything cool that they got or cool that they did, then be like, oh whoop- dee-Doo. Like, sort of making fun of them.
