The Importance of Being Neurotypical

I think women are more likely to talk about it than men. I believe that men and women experience it just the same, but the women are more open to saying they experience it. It's a phenomenon that resonated with me because I thought quite often I have been in meetings where I have felt that I've actually been capable of,. unable to contribute to more than I think was being seen or being experienced by colleagues around me. So yes, there's something about the impact I'm here while I've been tapping and whether I was leaning into that or not. But then it's definitely, I think something around that.
