Putin's Tactical Nuclear Weapons Threat
The risk that Putin would be running if he decided to use a tactical nuclear weapon. The Russian government was pushing very hard over the past few years for a restatement of the formula that Ronald Reagan and Michael Gorbachev used back in the 1980s. We also need to remember that this will reflect on the credibility of the Russian government. But I think his not only his political career, but his physical existence becoming to an end is an open question something we don't understand.
