Wen: We start to put ourselves in a position where we become familiar with love, with appreciation, with reciprocity, with support. Verses seeing abuse, toxicity, the constant need to seek attention and to manipulate, those things start to become foreign to you,. Part of the process is learning what those things are, right? You learn what they are so that you're no longer a victim to them, absolutely. But it's still what are you attuned to? What are you focused on?
